Laptop Users
Working Remotely from Home/Road (VPN)
To access the internal EO network, connect your laptop to your home internet.
With Zscaler, your laptop will automatically connect to VPN so you can access EO’s Intranet and network drives.

You can ensure you are connected /authenticated with ZScaler by right-clicking on the icon circled, under hidden icons on the taskbar and choosing Open Zscaler.
Zscaler Connection Issues
Click Arrow to log off then to log back on
Using your email address and network password
Also if you notice not Authenticated, you may have to re-log in Weekly
If having any issues,
first goto website like Https://engadget.com and make sure Internet works
You may have to re-authenticate with Barracuda for Internet
Else
On Zscaler goto Private Access tab and ‘TURN OFF’ Service status line then try again
Else
Click the Arrow top right to Shutdown Zscaler all together
