Change Password before it Expires. If Password Expires, Contact the HelpDesk.
Please change your password by clicking "Change a password " via Ctrl+Alt+Del while in an office, on VPN, or on Zscaler.
If you are off the network you can change your password externally via link: Change Password
For any issues please create a help desk ticket
To Test:
Windows Key + L to Lock your Computer to Test. Re-Enter new password
(Note: Remote Employees should Connect to the Corporate Network First.)
(Note your Outlook App on Phone will eventually prompt for new password as well)
Change Password:
Using the Keyboard Shortcut
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard simultaneously.
Click on Change a password from the blue screen that appears.
Type in your current password.
Type your new password twice.
Press Enter or click the submit arrow to finish.
