Calling & Answering
Place a Call: Dial the number and pick up the handset, or press the Speakerphone or Headset key. Alternatively, enter the number on the dial pad, tap Dial, and pick up.
Answer a Call: Lift the handset, press the blinking Line key, or press the Speakerphone / Headset key.
Answer Call Waiting: Press the blinking Line key. Your first call is automatically placed on hold.
Redial: Press the Redial key twice to call the last dialed number, or press it once to browse recently dialed numbers.
Handling Calls
Hold & Resume: Press the physical Hold button (or Hold soft key) to pause the call. To return to caller, press Hold again or tap the Resume soft key.
Mute: Press the Mute button (lights up red). Press again to unmute.
Transfer: Press the Transfer button. Choose Blind (transfers immediately without speaking to the receiver) or Consultative (allows you to announce the caller before transferring).
Device Features
Call Forwarding: Access the Main Menu, select Forward, and choose Always, No Answer, or Busy.
Do Not Disturb (DND): Press the Home (Main Menu) key and select DND to stop your phone from ringing. Incoming calls will go straight to voicemail.
Conference Calls: Call the first person, press the Conference soft key, and dial the second person. Press Conference again to merge the three lines.
Volume: While the phone is idle, use the volume rocker to adjust the ringtone. While on a call, use it to adjust the audio volume of your handset, headset, or speaker.
