Remote Access Methods
VPN - Cisco AnyConnect - Main method. Connect via the location url address. Once connected your laptop applications will work as if you are in the office. Optional RDP into local office Desktop.
VPN - Cisco AnyConnect w/DUO Authentication - Same setup except will use DUO app for Dual Factor.
Dorothy RDP Web Access - Remote Desktop Web Access (Requires Permission/DUO Account). Allows you to run Apps as if locally installed without being on VPN/Network.. For example Office, Network Drives, SAP
Citrix Remote Desktop - Citrix Virtual Desktop (Downloads Citrix Workspace)(Requires Permission/DUO Account). Creates your very own Personal Profile Desktop, as if you were on a Computer in the building. Another method is Remote Access which is Remoting Directly into your Work Computer (Requires IT Setup)
