If Internet has stopped working, or a Barracuda Blocked message appears, then you may need to re-authenticate with our Web Filter.

STEP 1:
Close Browser then open up again and open a new site such as https://www.engadget.com/
If Internet still does not work, proceed to Step 2
STEP 2:
Open New tab and use this link: https://172.27.72.27/web/login
Enter your Windows AD Username/Password. Click Login
STEP 3:
Login Page will Re-appear. If logged in, you will see your UserName in the upper right-hand.
Open a new site such as https://www.engadget.com/
If Internet still does not work, proceed to Step 4
STEP 4:
Open Internet Options: Click Start and type Internet Options
Select ‘Connections’ Tab then Select ‘LAN Settings’
Uncheck “Use a Proxy Server” & then Re-Check the box back again. Click OK
Open a new site such as https://www.engadget.com/
If Internet is still not working, Restart Computer and try again..
